Flavour Profile:
A big and juicy, tropical NEIPA that boasts a creamy oat body that isn’t too heavy. A mild grapefruit like bitter-citrus finish helps round off the beer leaving your mouth refreshed and wanting more.
Notes:
This was our first collaboration beer with the fantastic people at Distant Shores brewing. Michael has done a wonderful job in preparing a delicious recipe that was fitting for our grand opening. A hugely popular beer that received raving reviews by many.

ナオさんとステフさんの大好きホップのコンビのモザイクとシムコーをたっぷり使って、みんなが楽しめるホッピーで飲みやすいセッションIPAを作りました。ボディが軽め、シトラスとフルーティで、一杯じゃ足りないビール。
備考:
ハロウィンのイベント用のビール。バーバリックワークスで初のコラボしたビールで、リー１００％リーフホップしか使わない醸造所で作るのとても面白くて楽しかったです。バーバリックワークスでまたビールを作りに行くのは楽しみにしています。

Flavour Profile:
Nao and Stef used one of their favourite hop combinations of Mosaic and Simcoe to produce an easy to drink but hoppy session IPA that everyone can enjoy. Light bodied with a solid citrus, fruity hop punch. One pint is not enough
Notes:
We made this beer for Halloween. This was our first original beer made at Barbaric Works. They use 100% leaf hops only for this beer. We really enjoyed making this beer at Barbaric Works. We look forward to making another beer with them sometime soon.

ナオの誕生日のために作られたクラシックなウエストコースとスタイルのIPA。IPA好きのナオとステフのルーツであるウエストコースとスタイルのIPAを目指しました。カラメルのような甘みと柑橘の皮の苦み。クリスピーでドライなIPAです。
備考:
三回目となるコラボビールは、板橋にあるトウキョウ エール ワークスのロブとランディーの下で作りました。トウキョウ エール ワークスはTWO FINGERSから歩いて15分ほどのところにある言わばご近所さん。ナオの誕生日記念として彼らのマイクロブルーイグのシステムで醸造しました。ナオの誕生日記念ビール。

Brewed for Nao’s birthday, this classic West-Coast IPA that takes us back to the roots where Nao and Stef found their love of IPAs. A caramel and nutty malt profile with a crisp citrus bitter finish.
Notes:
This was our first time to work with Bob and Randy at Tokyo Aleworks in Itabashi. In essence this was as local as a beer can get, only a 15 minute walk from TWO FINGERS. This beer was brewed using their micro-brewing system to celebrate Nao’s

ヴァレンタインのために特別に作ったライ麦を使用したインペリアルライIPA。ライ麦特有のホワイトペッパーのような風味とポップ由来のクリーンな柑橘の味が特徴。インペリアルレッドIPA。
備考:
二回目のディスタントショアーズとコラボレーションしたオリジナルビール。ナオがI BERW 新橋、スモークビアオリオン、ギンザ ブルワリー、そしてディスタントショアーズの悟子さん、5人で作ったビール。バレンタインなので女性だけで作りました。

Flavour Profile:
The rye and the hop profiles of this beer perfectly compliment each other in this beer brewed specially for Valentine’s Day. The rye delivers a complex, peppery spiciness while the hops drive a clean bitter bite and gentle citrus fruitiness. Surprisingly smashable for an imperial red rye IPA.
Notes:
Our second collaboration with Distant Shores Brewing, this beer was made only with the help of women from the craft beer scene to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Nao was fortunate to be a part of a team of 5 women who helped bring this delicious beer together.
